Client or Parent Intakes, Individual Sessions, and/or Couple/Family Sessions vary based on therapist level and insurance coverage. For this information please contact our Office Adminstrator

ADHD (Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) Assessment for Adults is an assessment to determine if the client presents symptoms or behaviors that are typical of ADHD and what future treatment options would be recommended. These assessments are 45-60 minutes. $125 *Not fillable with insurance

Recovery Assessment for Adults is an assessment to determine if the client presents symptoms or behaviors that are typical of those struggling with addictions and what future treatment options would be recommended. These assessments are 45-60 minutes. $150 *Not fillable with insurance

Mental Status Examination for Adults is an assessment to determine the present mental state of the client and if future treatment would be recommended. These assessments are 45-60 minutes. $125

Recovery Group Therapy is a meeting of current recovery clients seeking support while on their journey of recovery. These groups are two hours long. $25 *Not fillable with insurance *These meetings are not open to the public, they are specifically designed for current clients and their therapeutic process.

Recovery Testing is either urine or saliva drug and alcohol testing for current Recovery Clients $25 per test *Not fillable with insurance

Anger Management Treatment is offered with a 45-60 intake to determine the client’s understanding and desired goals to complete Anger Management Treatment. $150 *After the assessment intake each additional hour is $75. *Not fillable with insurance

Reduced Fees and Payment Plans

Reduced fees for services are available on a limited basis and cannot be guaranteed and must be approved by Wendie Woods, Executive Director.

Payment plans may be arrange for future services, but are not guaranteed and must be approved by Wendie Woods, Executive Director.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

We appreciate your respect and consideration for our staff and clients, by informing us of your schedule changes as soon as possible. We understand emergency may occur making you unable to inform us of your schedule change and we will wave the Cancellation or No show Fee upon approval of Wendie Woods, Executive Director in the case of an emergency.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment we request that you contact our office to inform us of the cancellation with a 24-hour notice; after 24-hours a cancellation fee of $30 for the first cancellation will apply, all additional cancellations without 24-hour notice will be a fee of the standard service fee.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment and do not inform our office a no show fee of $30 for the first no show will apply, all additional now shows without 24-hour notice will be a fee of the standard service fee.

Insurance

We are currently in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Ambetter, Cigna, Fox Everett, United Health Care, United Health Care GEHA, and United Health Care Student Resources. Services may or may not be covered in full or part by your insurance or employee benefit plan.

**All insurances reserve the right to deem claims and services filed as Medically Unnecessary; therefore coverage is not a guarantee of payment and the client may be billed for such charges.

We are currently enrolled in several Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and MEA Cares with local businesses, churches, and organizations.

We are currently working towards joining other insurance companies to strive for better coverage of our clients. We appreciate your patience and understanding as becoming an in-network provider takes time.

We are not able to bill insurance to Medicaid or Medicare, United Health Care Mississippi Cans program, CHIPS, Magnolia, Magellan, Aetna, or Acclaim.

Other Fees

Letters or Documentation

If you require legal or court documentation a fee of minimum $50 per document applies. These fees will be determine at time of request. All request for legal or court documentation must be given in writing. Request will be review by Wendie Woods, Executive Director, the request will be approved or disapproved and the client will be informed. If approved a rate will be given at time of approval.

Court Services

If you require court services a fee of $100 per hour, with 4 hours prepaid for preparation, travel, and court services will be required. If you require a full day of court services a fee of $800 will be required.

Copy of Original Assessment Letters

If you need an additional copy of your assessment letter or documentation a fee of $25 will be required.

Notes

Under the HIPAA Privacy Rule therapist's notes are confidential and under special protection. These notes cannot be released without a Court Order and the client writing permission. If a client would like to review their case they can do so by requesting an appointment with their therapist or Executive Director. *A fee may occur
