Client Intake or Parent Intake, is the first appointment, where the client or parent/guardian of the client meets the counselors, shares their situation or story, and sets up a plan of action for their therapeutic process. These sessions last between 45-60 minutes. $125
An Individual Session for an adult, child, or adolescent is a one on one counseling session between the client and therapist. These sessions typically are 45 minutes. $100
Couple or Family Session are sessions between the client(s) and family members or other individuals and the therapist. These sessions typically are 45-60 minutes. $125
An ADHD (Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) Assessment for Adults is an assessment to determine if the client presents symptoms or behaviors that are typical of ADHD and what future treatment options would be recommended. These assessments are 45-60 minutes. $125
Recovery Assessment for Adults is an assessment to determine if the client presents symptoms or behaviors that are typical of those struggling with addictions and what future treatment options would be recommended. These assessments are 45-60 minutes. $125
Mental Status Examination for Adults is an assessment to determine the present mental state of the client and if future treatment would be recommended. These assessments are 45-60 minutes. $125
Recovery Group Therapy is a meeting of current recovery clients seeking support while on their journey of recovery. These groups are two hours long. $25
*These meetings are not open to the public, they are specifically designed for current clients and their therapeutic process.
Anger Management Treatment is offered with a 45-60 intake to determine the client’s understanding and desired goals to complete Anger Management Treatment. $150
*After the intake each additional 45 minutes is $75.
Reduced Fees and Payment Plans
Reduced fees for services are available on a limited basis and cannot be guaranteed.
Payment plans may be arrange for future services, but are not guaranteed and must be approved by Wendie Woods, Executive Director.
Cancellation and No Show Policy
If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment we request that you contact our office to inform us of the cancellation with a 24-hour notice; after 24-hours a cancellation fee of $30 for the first cancellation will apply, all additional cancellations without 24-hour notice will be a fee of the standard service fee.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment and do not inform our office a no show fee of $30 for the first no show will apply, all additional now shows without 24-hour notice will be a fee of the standard service fee.
We are currently in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Ambetter, Cigna, GEHA, Humana, Optum, TRICARE, and United Health Care. Services may or may not be covered in full or part by your insurance or employee benefit plan.
We are currently enrolled in several Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) with local businesses, churches, and organizations.
We are currently working towards joining other insurance companies to strive for better coverage of our clients.
We are not able to bill insurance to Medicaid or Medicare, United Health Care Mississippi Cans program, Magnolia or Magellan.

If you require legal or court documentation a fee of $150 per document applies.
If you require court services a fee of $100 per hour, with 4 hours prepaid for preparation, travel, and court services will be required. If you require a full day of court services a fee of $800 will be required.
If you need an additional copy of your assessment letter or documentation a fee of $25 will be required.
