Rates
$125 per 45-minute individual session (child and/or adult), $145 per 45-minute couples/family session, $175 per 75-90 minute session, and $135 per specialized children's play therapy session. Full payment is due at first session. Payment arrangements may be an option for future sessions. Please notify me if you would like to discuss our financial policy and payment agreements.

Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
• How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?
• Is a pre-certification or pre-authorization number required by my policy?
• Does my employer provide EAP (employee assistance program) benefits?

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis and cannot be guaranteed available.

Payment
Cash or check. (credit cards accepted for payment via PayPal)

Cancellation Policy
If you do not keep your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the servies as booked.
