As a client centered, solution-focused, Christian therapist, my treatment approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients resolve current problems while learning to identify and eliminate negative thought patterns and/or negative behaviors. With genuine sensitivity and compassion, I help clients explore their abilities and resources to find personalized solutions to a wide range of life challenges and psychological issues.
Blending Christian, conventional, and modern approaches (such as play therapy and pet therapy), I draw on a variety of styles and techniques to incorporate what will be most helpful for each client. I work individually with each person to help him or her build upon their strengths to identify and achieve life goals, to improve family and work relationships, and to fully recognize their position in Christ.
